Drawing on more than 25 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, schools, and faith-based organizations, Jimmi brings both wisdom and heart to every audience he serves.

Known for his down-to-earth style, humor, and use of live music, Jimmi delivers engaging, memorable experiences that leave people inspired and equipped to create lasting change for people and organizations. When he’s not on stage helping organizations transform, Jimmi performs as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with his band, Jimmi and the Band of Souls. The group’s album The Devil You Know was named Best Blues Album in Minnesota by the Minnesota Blues Society, and they’ve twice represented the state in the International Blues Challenge. They were semi-finalists in 2025. Their latest album, Aquarius, was released in 2025.
